Animals Fiji Shelter Visit & Tour Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation: a. All bookings are subject to availability. b. Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting our customer service. c. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking, containing relevant tour details.
2. Payment: a. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. b. Accepted payment methods include online payment through Paypal, which includes mastercard and visa. c. Taxes are not applicable as tours are a fundraising means for our charity organisation.
3. Cancellation and Refund: a. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund. b. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable. c. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund. d. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the specified time frame.
4. Tour Modifications: a. We reserve the right to modify or cancel tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or tour not meeting minimum number of participants. b. In the event of tour cancellation by us, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. Participant Requirements: a. Participants are responsible for notifying us of any medical conditions or special requirements, including allergies or considerations for specific animals, that may affect their ability to participate in their visit to Animals Fiji Nadi Clinic.
6. Liability: a. Participants agree to adhere to all Health and Safety policies. b. Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their visit. c. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
7. Code of Conduct: a. Participants are expected to behave responsibly and follow all instructions provided by Animals Fiji staff and tour operators. b. We reserve the right to remove participants from the tour if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
8. Insurance: a. We recommend that participants have appropriate travel insurance coverage for the duration of their tour.
9. Weather Conditions: a. Tours may be subject to weather-related changes. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary or cancel the tour if conditions pose a safety risk.
10. Complaints: a. Any complaints or issues during the tour should be reported to an Animals Fiji staff on tour immediately or via emailing [email protected].
11. Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Fiji.

All donations and transactions processes on Animals Fiji (operated by West Charity Trust Society Fiji) website are final. There are no refunds or returns granted under any circumstance.
