We are looking for a Receptionist to support efficient record-keeping, accounts management, and smooth communication within our clinics, ensuring a welcoming experience for all our clients—both human and animal.

Primary Responsibilities:

Facilitate accurate record-keeping, manage accounts, and handle paperwork to maintain efficiency, consistency, and transparency.
Provide outstanding customer service, creating a positive experience for every client who visits our clinics.

Qualifications:

• Trustworthy with a clear police record
• Excellent communication skills
• Above-average computer proficiency
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Friendly and personable demeanor
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Passion for animals

Key Duties:

• Welcome and direct clients at the Nadi clinic, guiding them on required forms and helping them navigate the clinic.
• Ensure proper documentation for each client and treatment in our accounting, reservation, and veterinary management systems, including processing payments and recording treatment/medication notes.
• Maintain timesheets and rosters for clinic staff and volunteers, and assist Vet Nurses and Kennel Hand staff with volunteer coordination as needed.
• Uphold veterinary and professional standards in all interactions, aligning with the integrity of our clinic and organization.
• Support our mission to improve animal welfare in Fiji through high-quality client services.
